Damilola is a Professional Counselor, certified Life Coach, NLP practitioner, and trained Substance Use Professional. She is a Trauma and Addiction recovery therapist. She has a Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Triune Biblical University Global Extension, USA Postgraduate Diploma in professional Counselling from the Attitude Development International (ADI) and her coaching and NLP certification from Kingshill Coaching Academy.
She is a trained Substance Use Professional in The Colombo Plan Drug Advisory Programs in Universal Prevention Curriculum (UPC), Universal Treatment Courses 1 – 8 (UTC) and Universal Recovery Curriculum (URC).

As a result of the various challenges she has overcome in her life, her desire to grow from challenges has propelled her into seeking opportunities to help others overcome their life challenges. She is a certified SYMBIS Assessment facilitator.
Jennifer has over 20 years of work experience in the health care field. She has a Bachelor's degree in business administration and a Masters degree in Health Care Administration.
